Electricals24/7 provide a free nationwide delivery service subject to a minimum order value of £50 VAT.

This excludes delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland.

Delivery to these locations is as above for packages under 2kg in weight, but further delivery fees may apply for heavier parcels. Please call or email us for details.

The next day delivery option will apply to all orders received before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Next day delivery @ £6.00+Vat

We aim to turn our order around within one day and are open 6 days a week to ensure you receive your deliveries asap. We do hold a lot of stock but in the instance that we do not have an item you have ordered in stock, we will endeavour to keep you updated on its delivery.

Electricals247 cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery and accepts no liability for costs incurred as a result of this.
We advise that all tradesmen, such as electricians, are only booked after goods have been received.

Bulky items or fragile items, and any other special goods requiring special handling may incur an additional handling charge which we shall pass on to the customer at cost.

All delivery times and prices indicated above are subject to change. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are based on working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.

1. Electricals24/7 is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it.

2. When you order, we need to know your name, address, email address and card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.

3. We use your personal information to update you about new products/services. Please inform us through our "contact us" page if you do not want us to send this information.

4 .We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party.

5. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by contacting us directly.

6. We use "cookies" as part of a normal business procedure to track patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. A cookie is an element of data that our website sends to your browser which is then stored on your system. You can set your browser to prevent this happening. Any information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you change your browser settings.

7. In order to process credit/debit card transactions, the bank or card processing agency may require to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the EEA (European Economic Area). Your information will not be transferred outside the EEA for any other purpose.

     
Returns & Replacements

 

30 Days Hassle Free Returns

At Electricals24/7 we have a 30 Days hassle free returns policy giving you absolute peace of mind when purchasing from us.

Returning Goods

1. No goods will be accepted unless in the original condition. It is your responsibility to pack the items to be returned securely.
2. Please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number BEFORE returning any goods. Goods without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be refunded.

3. Refunds for goods surplus to requirements (beyond the 30 day period) will be at the discretion of Electricals24/7.

4. We are unable to refund any products which have been specially ordered.

Faulty Goods

1. Goods must be returned within the manufacturers warranty period (normally 1 year)

2. In most situations, we will need the entire product returned. Please let us know if your wish is to return only part of a product

3. The customer shall bear all the costs of returning an item and/or having a replacement delivered to them.

4. Products with a manufacturers warranty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion. Electricals24/7 cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect loss as a result of faulty goods.
