The GX12 EC3 model comes complete with a variable speed ultra EC motor, to improve performance, lower running costs and provide a complete solution with lasting longevity in all commercial applications. Designed for installation in a wall (from 8 - 11 inches dependent on wall kit selected) or window (up to 35mm standard double glazing thickness) the GX12 EC3 model incorporates a thermo electric shutter, hidden behind the internal grille to protect against external noise ingress and valuable heat loss. The thermo electric instant shutter is nearly silent in operation, interlocking the shutter blade for invaluable protection when the fan is not in operation. The unit offers multispeed extract and is operated by the Xpelair MS2 multispeed controller suitable for all installations.
